17 Apr 08 Farce In Summer

This summer is a good season, I feel I have to speak out something, to get in this farce.

I hate Olympic, especially when it affect my life, my friend’s life, our Chinese life. I admit I was so proud that we hold Olympic this time,

but

1.I was shocked by the ugly mascot, mentioned in my post before. I am shocked by the design of “torch”, I admit. These two things are both nightmare to me. I feel ashame to talk about it to my friends, or introduce them to my foreign friend.

I admit I tried to buy some souvenirs for my friend come from other country. But at last, I feel I am physically unable to buy a “Fuwa Toy” or a small torch(it’s a torch?!), but some stamps instead.

2. I didn’t get a ticket, it’s fair that I lose in the “public draw”, but soon I lost my interest totally, because they start saying “Don’t go outside, keep the road empty for foreigners” (not original slogan).

I am big (in size), so I can’t go out, contest our limited, precious resources with our friendly foreigners.

3. Bej start limiting our freedom, asking for a “temporal staying certificate”. I am lucky, I have permanent certificate, but my friend have to line up to get a so called “good person certificate” (yes, I am calling it this way).

4. I hate being stupid, to fight for something we even have no idea what it is. Like adding a “(L) China” in msn. This is for what? I think many people just know that they can use this in their name for the first time.

This is being stupid, “blindly following” , I think.

All of above, I am not even have interest to speak it out, this is just for personal recording.
